Mobile App Support

If you're using the LeadAct Android app and need help:

Login Issues

Use the same credentials as your LeadAct web account at app.leadact.cloud. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen or contact us at contact@emdev.click.

Push Notifications

To receive real-time conversation alerts, ensure notifications are enabled for LeadAct in your Android Settings → Apps → LeadAct → Notifications.

App Crashes or Bugs

Please email us with:

  1. Your device model and Android version
  2. App version (found in Settings → About)
  3. A description of what happened
  4. Any screenshot if available

Platform Support

WhatsApp Integration

LeadAct uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API by Meta. If your WhatsApp number is not receiving or sending messages, verify your phone number is correctly configured in Settings → Channels within the platform.
