Data Deletion Instructions

LeadAct is committed to your right to data deletion. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, follow these steps:
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — From Dashboard
- Log in to your LeadAct account at leadact.cloud
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion — all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to contact@emdev.click with subject line: "Data Deletion Request — LeadAct"
Include your account email address. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.
What Data Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All contacts and segments
- All conversation history and messages
- All campaigns and templates
- All analytics and usage data
- All wallet transaction records
Data Retention After Deletion
We may retain anonymized billing records for up to 5 years as required by Tunisian financial regulations. No personally identifiable information is retained after the 30-day deletion period.
